Redwoods and Oregon Coast Elopement

Redwoods and Oregon Coast Elopement

Tristan and Hayle started their day wandering through California’s massive old growth redwood trees. T & H met me in the parking lot and then got ready separately so they could have a first look in the Redwoods! After their first look I showed them one of my favorite trails full of trees over 300 ft tall. 14 trees in this park are over 20,000 cubic feet, which is just insane to think about! I can’t think of a better place to explore on an elopement. It’s just so surreal, ancient, and beautiful! After the short hike, Tristan and Hayle read letters that their loved ones wrote to them. At one point we were all in tears from how sweet the letters were!

After exploring the Jedediah Smith Redwoods National Park, we headed to the coast for their private ceremony. We walked through a sea of tall grasses to an overlook above the Oregon coast that I had previously scouted for them. They had the entire place to themselves, and it was so incredibly beautiful. The wind played with Hayle’s hair and dress as they exchanged vows. It was dreamy in every way!

After their ceremony we headed to Secret beach for their sunset elopement picnic, dancing on the beach, and blue hour portraits. It was truly the perfect day! I cried and laughed with them multiple times.
